Logan’s leadership style is grounded in action: whether walking a job site and helping on the ground to leading strategic discussions in the boardroom. His focus on vertical integration and community impact has positioned Eastland as a trusted, credible partner across Central Massachusetts.

OPERATIONS MANAGER
Chad brings more than 25 years of construction development expertise to Eastland’s day-to-day operations. With a background in civil engineering and surveying, he approaches every project with a builder’s eye and an engineer’s precision. Chad oversees feasibility, permitting, infrastructure, and construction with a steady, solutions-driven approach, ensuring every detail aligns with the bigger picture. His boots-on-the-ground and thoughtful leadership keeps Eastland’s projects moving efficiently and built to last.
